Membership is selective and matching is free. You never pay for matching or placement; you contract directly with clients at your own rates, and nothing about you is shared until you approve a specific introduction. This page explains who fits, how it works, and — just as important — what joining does not promise.
Who fits

- Ex-Big 4 senior-level executives and senior consulting or technology leaders building a portfolio or independent practice.

How it works
From conversation to first introduction.
- Conversation. A membership call about your operating history, your target engagements, your rates, and your terms.
- Review. A selective review before entering The Collective — vetting is the product clients buy, so it is real.
- Matching. When a mandate fits, you see it first. You approve every introduction before your details reach any client — silence means nothing moves.
- Engagement. You contract directly with the client at your rates. One hundred percent of your engagement fee is yours; the client pays our flat fee.

Membership does not guarantee a match. Membership is not a promise of introductions, engagements, board seats, income, or timing. Deal flow depends on live mandates and genuine fit, and we would rather make no introduction than a mediocre one. What membership does guarantee: your information stays private until you approve a specific introduction, matching never costs you anything, and paid membership will not affect matching priority or standing.
